What's the best program for designing elegant logos?

I usually use adobe illustrator for designing many of logos, but lots of people using adobe Photoshop, which i don't prefer specially in creating logos.

some of artists using new programs like cinema4D or 3dMax, but take to much time to finish the job.

I think the best is Ai after all simple, easy, gives U the perfect End for your project.
