What is the best way to maximize my odds of meeting a time traveler using eventuate?

eventuate lets you log the times and locations you want to meet a time traveler. The records are released to time travelers centuries later, so they can simply search your logs for a time and place to meet you which works for them.

What is the best strategy to maximize my odds of logging an event that might work for a time traveler? Eg. I can create logs at different times of the day, and different days of the week. I can do it at easily accessible locations, which don't require hiking or keys or ID.

Any other points to consider?
