What is the best way for myself to get a mobile device manufacturer to implement this idea?

Apple, Samsung, Blackberry, & all mobile phone manufacturers Smart-Phone Function Concept: Timer Activated Night Vision Preserving Red Screen Filter!:

Hello,

I have conceptualized a new idea for a smartphone function which is "The Timer Activated Night Vision Preserving Red (and all colour) Screen Filter" mid-September of 2016.

So the screen is not too bright when viewing your phone in night time hours. Sleeping for example. It's better than being dim!

"The Rhodopsin contained within the rods in your eyes are less sensitive to the colour red within longer light wavelengths!"

This colour filtered technology has been used on light sources in many military applications!
