We are very excited, as we've just launched a new lead management system for call centers and sales by phone.
It's a first part of the Call Center Solution. The second part is a dialer mode we plan to launch in April 2017.
The aim of the lead management system is to help storing all contacts in one place and managing them easily. Our users will be able to connect their emails and see interaction history while calling a client, record calls and listen to them, add notes and documents to client cards, set notifications and callbacks.
